The purpose of Teacher Talk is to create an atmosphere of open dialogue in which we can collaborate as a school district. In high-performing districts mechanisms and structures are in place for increased collaboration. We want teachers to have time to share ideas and challenges with the district staff, but also have opportunities to collaborate across schools and grade levels around teaching and learning. Here is how Teacher Talk will look this year as we continue our efforts to Graduate Durham.
